You have a super majority in all branches of government, you don’t need to consider other parties.

Where do you start, and what is your overall stratergy?

Will you get a second term?

I would immediately begin searching for and hiring the smartest people in every field to help me to make my decisions. The best economists, scientists, biologists, climatologists, foreign policists, etc. I am not smart enough to be POTUS and that’s exactly who the POTUS should be, someone who is willing to listen and do what is best based on proper advice.

There is no undoing some of the damage. The dollar will never be a reserve currency again. Petroleum-dollar recycling is dead. Our trade position is unrecoverable and millions will die because of it.

So to minimize the damage longer term; deploy ranked choice or STAR voting across the country. Strip as much power from the executive branch as possible, allow the post office to provide banking services to everyone and authorize them to issue home loans to everyone at 2x their annual income at Federal bond rates. Then authorize Medicaid part D to be available to all citizens at cost (thus providing a single payer healthcare option).

Change corporate tax into a graduated revenue tax model, which would make too big to fail to become too unprofitable to survive; (higher revenue => more taxes because you can’t hide revenue but you can game profits) thus cutting the tax burden on small businesses and giving Wall Street an economic incentives to rip massive corporations into spreads.

Then there are a fuck ton of targeted policies that will have to be deployed to help repair the economy and rebuild industries in the country.

Solid points, but one point you didn’t mention I feel is important. Stop lobbyism! Corpartes shouldn’t have any direct influence in political decisions.

Get rid of state based voting, people vote directly for the president in ranked choice, and the most popular person gets in.

Demand employers pay a living wage

The start of this would be raising the minimum wage and indexing it to inflation. When inflation is at 4%, minimum wage also rises 4%. The problem isn’t that minimum wage has always been too low; When it was introduced, a single person could afford to live modestly while supporting a spouse. The problem is that it takes a literal act of congress to change. Instead of requiring congress to act again every few years, just tie it directly to the average of several different inflation calculations, (so a single one can’t be gamed by a future administration to keep wages low). Make it so that the adjustment is automatic.

Also, while we’re at it, make it free to file your taxes online. Have the IRS send a “here’s what we think you owe, and how we calculated it. Let us know of any corrections” letter to every single person. They’ve already done the calculation, and know how much you owe. And that’s what many other countries to. The US tax system is only complicated because the tax filing software companies lobby congress to keep it convoluted. They want to force people into using the software.

This is an easy solution. Any corporation who has full time employees that fall below the poverty line and require assistance get fined out of existence. We also hit them with all the regulatory agencies for extra oversight. You know we do to them what has been done to workers for decades except now our system will work for the taxpayers instead. Ride their ass. Also if corporations are people we should start charging more of them for murder.

I agree taxes should be transparent and free

I would investigate how on earth is it possible for a random dude from Czech Republic to become the president of the USA overnight. Sounds kinda problematic. I know the political system there is pretty fucked up but this is way beyond what I’d expect possible even by today’s standards.

Even if you weren’t running a dictatorship, whatever it is you were running would be a terrible thing with a job that you would hate. And everyone would hate you, too. Especially if you did a good job and fixed things.

See, this is the reason why I want nothing to do with the job

If one Party has won their elections and has the White House and a super majority in both Houses, it’s completely legal and right for them to pass the laws they want. As long as they keep holding elections it’s not a dictatorship.

Start looking for smart objective people to hire. I know enough to know that I don’t know enough to make decisions in a vacuum. At the end of the day, the president is the face of the government, but the people behind him are what should really matter.

Which one of you is already heavily involved in politics? You’ll have my vote.

    1. Universal healthcare: Every single legal resident should have the same healthcare as the politicians.
    2. 1960’s Tax Brackets You will pay your fair share.
    3. Education: Increase education budgets for all subjects. College tuition, room and board to be paid with taxes. Setup vocational schools and apprenticeship programs, like Germany. In exchange dump the damn athletics and leave it for recreational use. If you want play sports, join an athletic club like in Europe.
    4. Infrastructure: The USA is fucking pathetic, build it like Japan and increase renewable energy research and development.
    5. Age and term limits for all politicians at all levels.

The poor bast bastard will have to sign hundreds of executive orders to get rid of the fucked up ones left by Krasnov.
