    Spirit? No.

BUT, it is true that every element within every molecule of your body did come from stars, and that all the elements heavier than hydrogen were created within either a star, or in a supernova.

So it is absolutely true that you are stardust, just not in the way you asked.

We’re mostly stardust, but maybe not all stardust. Hydrogen makes up about 9.5 percent of our bodies by mass and all the hydrogen in the universe was created in the big bang. While it is likely that the hydrogen in your body was part of a star at some point in the last 13 or 14 billion years, it is not an absolute certainty.

Before I was born, my vision was a pov of a placenta from a woman, is it true that each baby came from a woman every time she’s pregnant?

Science is really the only objective system of truth. The origin of consciousness is at present beyond scientific understanding or any pathway towards understanding.

Unfortunately, that means that your question is unanswerable. There is no objectively true answer to this question. Any possible response would be speculation or belief.

Hate that this is being downvoted by people who are mostly objectively right.

    I think it’s poetic. I don’t think it’s true or even feasible but I wouldn’t downvote it.
