    We’re mostly stardust, but maybe not all stardust. Hydrogen makes up about 9.5 percent of our bodies by mass and all the hydrogen in the universe was created in the big bang. While it is likely that the hydrogen in your body was part of a star at some point in the last 13 or 14 billion years, it is not an absolute certainty.
