I am on mobile and can’t fetch a screenshot here, but Hades 2 has a hot spring you can take npcs to. To romance them I suppose but also just chat and relax!

Dragon’s Dogma 2 has a hot spring that your entire party and other misc locals can go into.
And whoever is your highest affinity NPC in the game so far also shows up.
The steam cloud censorship is hilarious too.
I remember Harvest Moon 64 had one.
