You want to isolate yourself and your followers from the rest of the world because you know most people couldnt be kept there otherwise. You want to misrepresent your instance by removing anyone who doesnt agree with your (probably hurtful extremist) views and that just fuels the fire.
I think most people arent inherently bad, just driven by their circumstances and worldviews, but if you dont allow opinions that dont match your own, you cant grow as a person and stay stuck in your own thought loops. Please try taking a different approach and maybe try relating a little to their arguments and why they react like this instead of dismissing them instantly.
