I got flu and Covid vaccines on Thursday, both in the same arm. Now it’s sore and looks like this. The soreness is something I expected but I’ve never had a vaccine location look like this before.
You should call your doctor about that.
Thanks. I’ve been thinking about it, but I wanted make sure I’m not overreacting to something that’s normal.
RN here: call your doctor. Don’t look for advice online, mine or anyone else’s, period.
I’m not being a dick, that’s the only answer anyone who knows what they’re doing and gives a damn is going to give you.
It’s definitely lupus though. 👨🏻🦯
It’s never Lupus
They are definitely not supposed to look like that. Call your doctor/primary care right away. It looks like an allergic reaction of some sort. Call your primary care.
That could be an allergic reaction which can be life threatening. I would genuinely consider going to the ED if I were you.
Please do not seek mental, medical and professional help here
No. This isn’t normal. Go to a doctor or urgent care today.
I’m not a doctor and this isn’t medical advice, but it looks like Cellulitis to me which can be very dangerous.
I was in hospital for a week with that once upon a time, would not recommend 1/10
Not a doctor here, if it’s warm to touch it’s an infection, draw a line around it in pen with a time and day, then In a couple of hours do it again. If it gets bigger, starts leaking puss or fluid got see a doctor like now.
Source: had a couple of skin infections before
Looks infected to my eyes. But I’m not a medical professional.
