Not an excuse.
Not an excuse.
Not going to argue with you about it here, but the short is: if that’s true, when I messaged you, you should have just had a conversation with me about it instead of all of this.
Have a good one.
Well thanks for understanding. The question itself was not a problem, hopefully that helps as well.
Because as the mod that removed the post, I’d like to give you my perspective if you’ll let me.
As mods it’s mayhem if you don’t enforce your rules, which is all I was trying to do, we have each rule to keep the community from getting out of control and offtopic. If we had no rules, the community would be filled with a bunch of trolls and offtopic posts.
IMO OP has proved multiple times now that their question was not in good-faith, and they were seeking out arguments (check their other comments) and drama (see the 13 posts).
Icing on the cake: we left their rephrased question up to avoid more of this drama, OP still kept posting the screenshots.
Just want to make sure I understand, you blocked a community because they removed a post that broke their rules?
Not this time haha, just people mainly reporting for “breaks community rules” but the comment doesn’t
Please stop reporting comments that you don’t like, we only remove rule breaking posts/comments.
Hey, I appreciate that!
Your submission in “wtf” was removed for Rule 1.
Waaayyy too many comments with calls for violence.
Lets do better, violence is NOT the answer here.
We welcome the feedback.
This user however, reminds me of another user that was posting questions that they felt were revolutionary, but were not legitimate questions. Looking through their comments and posts, I believe this is the same user under another account.
The post that was removed (by me) that they are upset about is:
1000 years from now physics is forgotten and all that remains is the legend of two hobbits, Charm and Spin, and their quest for the Higgyboson. At this point, is physics true?
Hey OP, how can I help? We are here for you
Just to be transparent, I’m the mod who removed your posts.
We get a lot of rule breaking posts between the multiple communities I moderate, some of them get upvoted heavily and still get removed.
For example, someone posted a scientific post that had nothing to do with technology in /c/[email protected], it had a decent amount of upvotes and comments. It was still removed for rule 2 of that community, as it was off topic for that community and there are ones that exists for that content.
Sorry that it upset you, but if I could give you advise: just follow the community rules and you won’t have these issues
Sorry, too many arguments.
Heyo! Please reformat your title to follow rule #1
Thanks
This has all been ridiculous.
Have a good one.
