If you are “going to college/university,” you could be going for any number of degree programs, from a Bachelor’s Degree, to an Associates Degree, to a Master’s Degree, or whatever. The degree program is irrelevant. If you are going to school, and it is a college or university, you are going to college/university.
That’s a very arbitrary definition of “university”.
