Considering Russia kind of just put the final nail in the coffin for your democracy, probably Russia

Americans should be concerned about Trump and his goons first and foremost - the “homegrown” criminal gang.

Seriously, had you heard about MS-13 before Trump?

Depends on context. If the context is “planning a holiday in El Salvador”, maybe MS-13 is relevant. Beyond being worried about impact on others’ lives, MS-13 is largely irrelevant to Americans and most people that I’ve encountered never heard of them before 2016.

the forces task with each risk are entirely separate. the states should police for internal gang activity. the feds should be fucking freaked out over russia just deciding to invade other soverieng nations for zero reason.

but that was back when the united states had a functioning government. those days are long gone.

I’m going to go with option C, the Trump regime… We need to be more worried about them and how they ate dismantling our democracy.

    • international: Russia (and their puppet, Trump)
    • domestic: we have enough racist, fascist domestic terrorists (ex. Proud Boys, Patriot Front, etc., etc.) that pose far more of a threat to the US than MS-13

        Threats to the US

A lapdog isn’t a threat except to reputation, even if they’re not on your side. Same reason North Korea isn’t on the list of threats.

Even if they have influence, it’s not exactly domestic policy, otherwise you’d have to add the IRA to the list also.

Israel is definitely an existential threat to the United States. They are trying their best to get involved in multiple wars.

They also have congress and the presidency bought.

China. Military has been gearing up to defend Taiwan for years and the intervention has been moved up to only 2 years from now.
