Being gay is WORSE then being Murdered in School! I know this because Republicans are doing SOMETHING about Gayness and doing NOTHING about being Murdered in School!

I mean, this is kind of the fault of the lgbtq+ community

If they would spend as much in bribes as the nra does, they would not have these problems

I want to hear a Log Cabin Republican’s thoughts on this. Assuming they have thoughts.

I maintain we need to measure social group distance in a unit I’ll call “Niemollers”, after the pastor and poet.

As in “how many Niemollers am I away from '…and there was no one left to speak for me '”

Because the Log Cabin Republicans are probably three Niemollers. He’ll Clarence Thomas is five, maximum.

I wonder how they’d act if someone tried to ban being a white parent.

Not that I’m suggesting thats the right response. I’m just putting it into terms they can understand the absurdity.

Maybe not go as far as banning white parents but I’ll get behind banning Texas parents based solely on the definition of abnormal.

Abnormal - deviating from what is normal or usual, typically in a way that is undesirable or Worrying.

Texas has a population of 30.03 million people or just 0.4% of the world population that means normally 99.6% of the worlds population live outside of Texas and this is concerning because these 30 million people could live literally anywhere else and just they stay in Texas, this is abnormal.

Dammit. I ALREADY upvoted you earlier today! Now I’m home relaxing with some beers and cheese brats. And I got a notification of someone else replying to me. Saw your reply again, and wanted to upvote it, but I already did.

I would be sad, but…I have chedder brats and beers. I’m not sure you can make me sad right now.

As a born and raised Texan, I find zero flaws in your logic. Then again, if all of you non-Texan foreigners would just obey our laws and ideals, about 60% of Texas would return to the ocean. Glub glub y’all

      They know.

They hope that they can keep ignoring being called out on it until it’s illegal for you to speak up. Then it won’t matter if it’s stupid.

But remember everyone, both sides are the same and Joe Biden doesn’t agree with you 100% on that one really complicated geo-political issue that you suddenly give a shit about. Maybe it’ll be a comfort when we’re in camp.

The only abnormal thing I see here are these willfully ignorant knuckle-dragging shitkickers.

If anybody needs conversion therapy/deprogramming, it’s these creatures infected with an anti-science, anti-reason, anti-empathy mental virus, who fancy themselves at the very epicenter of god’s creation, but from where I’m standing, they are very much in a desolate joyless godless corner to be avoided like the plague.

We still haven’t moved on from the “Gays are trying to turn your kids gay” public service announcements. Those black and white videos were practically filmed yesterday.

Of course this means that companies like Comcast are giving money to candidates to have their ticket included in this mess, and they don’t care about doing a little fascism along the way.

Quick question… If violence can ever be morally justified in defending against oppressors, when does that moral justification take place? Does it ever become OK to take action, or is it better to just watch as our basic human rights are deleted?

I mean, acknowledging that humans are never going to be fully informed or perfect calculators, the correct time is approximately when the expected outcome of action is better than the expected outcome of inaction, plus some finagle factor to account for bias.

You know what else is abnormal? Those ugly ass Texas hats. Also, those ugly ass boots. Also, that ugly ass accent. Also, the terrible music. Just the whole Texan culture is trash.
