    How is this not a form of witness tampering? Are congressional witnesses allowed to be threatened for their participation in a hearing? At the very least wouldn’t this meet the requirements for “Obstructing an official proceeding”?

    I’ve not really followed this story, but is anybody talking about impeachment and / or criminal charges for this behavior?

      It’s the GOP. They alternatively hate the concept of a state when it’s not them in power, and want a religious-military caliphate-style government when it is them in power.

      The concept of witness tampering is just taking non-believers out back and shooting them, it’s just another point on the daily docket.

        Impeachment has a new meaning: The removal of a Democrat from office.

        You need Republicans to impeach someone as long as we don’t have 2/3rds control so that means no Republicans will ever be impeached.
