has been plagued by snow sculptures of erect penises over the past week, prompting calls among some residents for authorities to crack down on the practice

so they should start sculpting flaccid ones, which would be more impressive anyway

A petition appeared on Change.org calling on Yekaterinburg students to stop sculpting the snow penises, and as of Friday afternoon, it was signed by at least 17 people.

Even more useless than most of those petitions.

Bubnov also called on the public to take matters into their own hands and bring down the ice-bound boners where they see them, and to send him pictures of the penises so municipal workers could be dispatched to fell them.

Oh yes. thats exactly why he wants frosty dick picks, to, you know, get rid of them.

I believe I saw my first snow penis when I was 18 or so. It’s never not been funny ever since

Here comes the American bigotry to Russia, or was it the other way around? Or is it the same, different brand, like the pants with the 5 stripes??
