    As far as I remember this was debunked and came down to faulty measuring? cabling? Nothing nefarious anyways

      The fact that it was connected and downloading anything was the fault.

      Nah, people jumped on that, but it was them misunderstanding a misattributing of some imessage stuff. The washer was still dealing with shitloads of bandwidth.
