Had to walk a friend through desyncing OneDrive and uninstalling it last night because word files weren’t being saved locally. Shit is literally just malware.
My biggest pet peeve is it will randomly link to that and then start Auto-saving shit. You can start with regular saving and then you go and modify some document to use as a template and it saves over the original document itself. Infuriating.
Ive had no issues keeping one drive dead. The only thing I had any real issue with was phone link which despite being uninstalled and had no use, was consistently having 40+ processes.
