Oh, no. Cheap knockoff SOGs. The knife is there for everything you shouldn’t use a knife for. Screwdriver, pry bar, toothpick, etc. Keys are in the same pocket tho and are usually the first thing I find.
I ripped out my SOG Kiku XR and handed it to my buddy when he didn’t have a can opener for his corned beef hash at a football tailgate. The quality stuff should be BETTER at this sort of abuse then the cheap stuff. If it breaks, you gotta get something more up to the task.
The only thing in my EDC is that knife, and it’s all I usually need. That short and fat bastard can do work. That said, I’m not into pretending it’s a screwdriver.
I always have a pocket knife but I still end up using my keys to cut open boxes.

Yep, mine was $12 on Amazon, has a screwdriver built in with a holder for bits. Poor blade… gets used for everything.
I have an expensive knife and try and use any chance I get. I bought it for a tool and not for looking at. But maybe I’m different.
Yea, all my tools deserve use even those that are nice to look at.
