    This sounds like good news. Resolving conflicts through peace and diplomacy is always better than the violent alternative. I could use some good news lately.

      Not sure how “good news” ill consider it.

      Captain of vessels aren’t reprimanded regardless as this is that they were ordered to do.

      Ill consider it good news once actual action is taken.
