Having a commercial kitchen complete with pizza oven would be awesome
The weird thing about this isn’t an old Pizza Hut getting turned into a house, but rather rezoning a suburban-style commercial lot residential. Usually that sort of thing only happens in older areas, where they’re trying to get rid of walkable corner stores or something.
I’d say they did a rather good job…
