If there’s a more humane but equally effective solution, I prefer that! I feel sorry for everyone here, but especially the child(ren), who didn’t do anything wrong. My harsh response is the result of frustration with the current system.

I sent them monopoly money, and even though they didn’t send it back, they still say I owe child support. Anyone have luck getting the STATE to support their CHILD?
So another dirtbag procreated but likely shouldn’t have. On the plus side, the child is not going to have to be around their deadbeat parent after they get arrested for failing to pay child support.

I know a sure fire way of getting the support discharged and not getting charged with contempt… pay your child support on time and in full until the day the child turns 18. That will accomplish both of those goals.
