I support the freedom of the press. But I’m sometimes amazed how westerners, like myself, travel to authoritarian country, get in trouble, and go “How could it be?! (shocked pikachu)”

You know how I stay out of trouble? I don’t travel to shithole countries. I stay in my not-perfect, but nice, democratic country.

This being said, I hope she gets freed ASAP.
