The constant UI changes that fix nothing of importance and make using it less enjoyable.

A recent update changed the options for navigation from being able to hide the three icons at the bottom and swipe instead to make it like an iphone where you have one swipe up and it does things based on whether you hold or let go immediately and now the sides are go back swipes. They kept the option to show buttons, but apparently keeping the two options and adding this new train wreck as a third option is too hard. So to use my fulll screen real estate I have the joy of accidentally going back a page dozens of times per day, holding or not holding the swipe up the wrong amount of time dozens of times per day, and when I crop photos I constantly catch the stupid edge go back thing and have to cancel. At least it asks first I guess.

Why couldn’t they keep swipe up for three things if they kept the buttons in the same spot anyway? I am still trying to get used to the new stupid thing after a few months because the bottom buttons are such a waste of space.

That is the worst offender, but changing icons, how notifications work, and several other things are just annoying enough tl not drive me away but feel like change for the sake of change. I know some changes can require a lot of maintenance to have multiple options, but keeping a basic navigation option when adding a third should not jave been a big deal.

I have some Tillamook chocolate ice cream that was extremely hard when I scooped some earlier today. When we first get it from the store it is fairly soft though, so my assumption is that my freezer is set to be a lot colder than the one at the store.

I would also notice it even if it didn’t because I am a creature of habit and changes like that are obvious.

It is a complete crapshoot because it all fepends on whether thechain of people between Putin and the missles are more interested in going out with him.

What I expect to happen with an invasion:

NATO invades and quickly disables a ton of Russian military objectives. This is because Russia is already flailling with Ukraine due to lack of discipline and outdated tech that theybhave mostly lost already. Plus they can’t do waves of conscript tactics at a moment’s notice.

Putin loses it and tries to launch the missiles knowing it is the end of hos time in power. His military advisors refuse the order and stage a coup, killing Putin and blaming NATO, then fight a half hearted conventional defense for show before negotiating a ceasefire.

But that is just my thought and the risk of a nuclear launch makes it a terrible idea to launch a surprise invasion as some nuclear sub might respond tonthe invasion if their cummunication is cut off.

I either go for about half and call it good or just round it up to the full amount when counting and then not worry too much if some other things are 5-10% higher than they should be.

It isn’t like the menu calories are precise. Heck, for a blizzard it could be up to 15% more when served if it is above the cup line.

The important thing is paying more attention to what we are eating, how high in calories things are, and whether we actually know what a portion size is.

I don’t think it is controversial, except when it is an all or nothing thing just like the zero carbs crap. A balanced diet will keep you full and includes proteins, fats, carbs, and everything else as long as they are in the right balance.

Crappy diets like the one based on the food pyramid, which had way to many carbs, are the main problem.
