I think you’ll be better off not standing downwind from them to get the least contaminated air from their direction. I’m not sure if short breathes will work because that will just make you inhale more often. Just switching to lemmy from reddit significantly cut down my screentime, especially with how small lemmy is right now where I can browse most of my subcriptions’ content for the day within a total of 2 hours. Nowadays, lemmy is what I do when I have downtime, not the other way around where I don’t have downtime because I’m constantly scrolling.
