Fishing varies wildly depending on the species you are targeting. The best advice is probably to look on YouTube for fishing videos in your area.

At certain times of the year you can target spawning fish in various rivers. Generally at these times what you use isn’t too important, it’s more about being there when the fish are passing through.

There’s also regulations that actually hurt the things they are intended to protect. It’s generally called perverse incentives. The example here is related to endangered species. It’s in the interest of those that find an endangered species on their property to “shovel and shut up” as the presence only creates problems for the owner.

There’s also social security, you can draw on a spouse, but there isn’t an equivalent, same for pensions that offer survivor benefits.

4. Insurance benefits from employers generally require you to be married.

Monopolies are not the only thing that governments are supposed to prevent. Anti competitive practices are supposed to be illegal regardless of monopoly status. The same is true of cartel behavior.

The public domain allows free use of anything in it. It allows people to innovate and expand upon established knowledge without having to pay tribute to original creators or their estates.

Intellectual property was created as a compromise to get people to be more open with their works.
