  • The fastest I drove was 262 km/h on the German highway (which has sections without a speed limit). At this speed, you have to watch as far as you can, because a car on the left lane overtaking other lanes will usually be at most 180 km/h there, so you have to be prepared to slow down a very long time in advance.

300 km/h is just dangerous, you have to be fully concentrated to adapt to the other drivers and it leaves a very thin margin to react (if any), should something happen. You definitely put your life and the one from others around you one the line doing that.

My experience wasn’t particularly pleasant, but it was nice to feel once how the car behaves at its maximum rated speed. I haven’t done it again. But I’ll regularly drive above 160 km/h to just go with the flow.

  • i saw him on two separate youtube channels: Magnus Midtbø (norwegian climber) and Will Tennyson (bodybuilding vlogger)

in both cases, they were invited by Bryan Johnson to his lair, going through his routine. it felt like a surreal cringe fest of zero social awareness. Bryan was permanently looking for some kind of validation, comparing his skills to his guest, or asking the various personal trainers / doctors if he beat some younger age category, etc.

everything he does can’t be healthy and i wouldn’t call what he does “living”. he’s bound to a 24h program where everything is planned down to the minute.

  • no the correct pattern is 52, using the following method:

    • for each column, superpose the outer diagonal lines of the first and second pattern, lines that appear in both symbols are suppressed in the third (bottom) pattern, lines that only appear in one of the two first patterns are kept.
    • for each column, superpose the clock hands of the first and second pattern, only keep the clock hands that appear in both symbols at the same position.

The third column has the same diagonal lines in the first and second pattern, so they disappear. Those two symbols have different clock hands so they also disappear. So the only remaining element in the pattern is the central dot (52).
