In general, I think communities shouldn’t splinter until there’s a need. IMO both efforts should just use [email protected], and title posts in a way that makes the distinction clear. They’re both about growing the Fediverse in the end. If and when it becomes too much to keep in the same comm, then you’d split it up. That’s just my opinion as an internet rando though 🤷
