Some days do be like that tbh
Thanks - eventually I just did my usual routine, but slightly later than usual. Wasn’t able to go back to sleep, both before and after exercising. It’s afternoon now and my head feels slightly heavy and my legs feel slightly “minty fresh” (sciatica).
I did think about just going for the exercise when it was 4am, but it’s always the question of “if I let go of exercising at 0630 would I finally be able to sleep / what if I could have actually slept more if I hadn’t woke up now” that gets me
Electric Toothbrush. Keeping up with Dental Hygiene is important too!
Not OP, but even with exercise 4 times a week I still feel tired enough to want to take naps in the middle of the day, and I still have brain fog / whatever condition is causing me to not be able to think and analyze in real time. I suspect it’s related to depression.
Ducky Keyboards are pretty good (but ex)
What about old.reddit; would that have tracking? If not it would explain why the new Reddit UI seems so slow on browser
No, but I have a habit of grinding my teeth at night
In the past I remember feeling my heart racing whilst asleep (in a dream?) I am not sure if I should check for sleep apnea
What about Glass Bottles?
