      Politicians certainly act like they’re part of an organized system of oppression against the masses…

      He likely had end global hunger levels of wealth though. Fixing Gotham is too small scale.

      But honestly he could make a massive NGO to fix Gotham

          It 100% is a wealth issue. You have to get the resources and build the distribution networks. Those things take money

          He has the wealth to create the necessary distribution networks. That’s the biggest hurdle.

          Sure some countries may not open their borders or allow the assistance in, but that’s not the majority of people in need.

            At the grandest scale all problems are a wealth issue. It’s rather reductionist to write off the many other problems by just saying it’s money.
