The title says it all, I was very gun ho for Ukraine but I am now more jaded and think both sides are bad and that Ukraine needs to just give up territory and end the war.
I also learned how this is a proxy war and Ukraine has made itself a willing pawn of the American empire, I am sorry you don’t get to join the imperial core and except sympathy.
Now that the genocide in Palestine is happening I don’t know how anyone has the will to care about what is happening in Ukraine, Ukraine also supports this genocide so that deprives them of any right to sympathy to any not racist human.

Why should any state inherently exist? I’ll say it about the US and ill say it about Russia. No state deserves to exist, the second their military is no longer strong enough to enforce their rule they dissapear.
So when a sovereign nation can no longer defend itself from a more powerful one, they should cede their lands and resources? That’s ridiculous.
The west has used that logic for decades to justify brutal military occupations. I say that land and resource belong to no state, any claim of ownership is inherent violence.

Im not militarily occupying a land, stripping the natural resources, and extracting labor value from a people while justifying under it the pretext of a national identity and state wealth. They talk of national unity yet their capitalists exploit the workers all the same.
