Ok wait a minute… Did anyone actually read this letter? This doesn’t sound like a citizenship dispute… This sounds like this person is trying to get themselves identified as Jesus II. Seriously, look at this:

I think this guy thinks he is God and wants the Pope to sign off on it.
But all the “foreign entity”, “government citizen”, highlighted “CONTRACT” and the “lack of reply means acceptance” is certainly all textbook sovcit crap.
Reading all of this dude’s posts, I would believe it. He’s one of the craziest I’ve seen.
