Hi, I am able to block other communities but rule 34 at lemmynsfw does not let me block it at all. The side bar does not always load and when I can get it to load the block button does not work. Anyone else have issues blocking communities?

If you are using the web client can you go to: settings -> blocks -> Block community, and block it from there?
This sounds like a client problem. Modern Lemmy has community blocks as part of the insurance user profile. Have you tried web client or another app?
