I doubt their standard procedure is to give wrong food to customers and then lock the doors. Something else happened prior to what is told in the story.
They don’t exactly say when this took place. A lot of places have the drive thru open later than the lobby. So the doors being locked isn’t all that shocking. If it was like 2 in the afternoon that’s a bit more strange.
