Maybe I’m missing a huge piece of the picture but isn’t paying employees ‘under the table’ the workaround here? Why are they bothering with looking fo paying another party at all at this point? I don’t get all the hoops and loops these folks are trying to jump through just so they can turn around and be shitty employers
They might be having trouble trying to get their employer to direct deposit their paycheck into their pretend bank under their pretender name and to not take out mandatory payroll taxes, or some kind of crazy bullshit
This will be resolved soon because, who are we kidding, they’re not gonna be able to hold down a job for long
