    all loans are fraudulent

    But I thought as long as it was a contract they willingly entered they were okay with it? Is it because the loan doesn’t come with an international treaty?

      They only addressed the paperwork to their corporate self, not their free individual, and so because they sent back the envelope with “I DO NOT UNDERSTAND YOUR INTENTIONS” in red ink and ALL CAPS then they should accept a coupon to discharge WITHOUT PREJUDICE.

        Even if this was true, the end result would be the same; The bank takes back the house. This is the equivalent of your item not scanning at the register and saying “guess that’s free huehuehue.” These people live in ultimate fantasy land.

          Yeah, I have a theory that because the modern economy is so massively complex, these people believe it to be a mystical/magical - since it’s impossible for them to understand, it’s beyond all human comprehension
