Have you watched The Expanse? I’ve seen some physicists talk it up for realism. At least as real as a show like that can be.
Parent 1, Parent 2, Mr Rogers, Miss Rachel, and Blaze from Blaze and the Monster Machines.
Just keep contributing the same amount if you can. Best case scenario you are buying low and it will go up a lot in the future, worst case is money is not worth anything so it doesn’t matter anyway. Unless you are retiring in like, 5 years, then you might be fucked.
There have only been like 5 human wild boar deaths in the US in the past 200 years: https://www.nytimes.com/2019/11/26/us/texas-woman-killed-feral-hogs.html
The owner is a doctor, but they went to evil medical school. I’ve heard his firing practices are pretty harsh too, just drops people with no warning.
I understand the viewpoint, but the alternative is that disabled people get hired way less or not at all. A real solution would be to reduce our dependence on capitalism or something, but that’s not likely.
I basically bought my first (only) house for 0 money down with first time homebuyers stuff. Ya I had to pay mortgage insurance for a while but my mortgage payment is less than what it would be to rent the same house by like, a lot.
The real problem is that the paper clips were on backwards.
Most people won’t talk politics unless they know the other person’s opinions already. I’ve had discussions about every day with my friends and wife, but there is no way I’m going to get into a discussion with my parents or maga coworker. I don’t have the energy to debunk every stupid thing they say when they won’t change their mind.
Panera bread basically did and a few people died, so that probably didn’t help.
Why are snacks shared but meals are not?
I can watch really bad movies as long as the score is good, and cloud atlas has a banger score. How they weave the different timelines while playing that music really does it for me. I’ve watched it a few times and now that you reminded me I’ll probably watch it again soon.
Lucifer. Every episode is the same and I love it.
I’ve watched the grandpa episode where the mom is chasing them around to get him to take care of himself like 10 times and I’ve teared up about it 10 times. I’m bout to start crying in this McDonald’s just thinking about it.
“You used to swim here too”
“That was a long time ago”
“Nah, that was yesterday”
They might if it’s in the will. That’s why OP was wondering about trusts and stuff, there may be a trust set up to only release funds when buying a duplex.
Only do this if you have the means to pay that mortgage yourself, imo.
You and your sister are taking all of the risk here. Your friends could lose their job or simply just move after a short time and then you are on the hook to find more tenets. I suppose you could just sell it if they move but you may lose money.
You would be a great friend to do that for them so that you could essentially lock them into a fixed rent for many years, but understand that it is not without risk.
I love Lucifer. Every episode is exactly the same and it’s amazing.
Did anyone laugh? Did anyone else start calling people the wrong name? Is it possible that you are this confrontational in real life and no one wanted to interact with you?
Ya, tons of people don’t really see fish as animals. It’s akin to foot hold trapping squirrels or rabbits or something for fun. I don’t have a problem if someone fishes to eat the fish, but to just toss it back is kinda messed up.
