    Wtf do they mean by “this is an offer”? I keep seeing their crap about not having a contract or engaging in commerce or some shit. Do they think that if they can just be immune from all laws by saying “I don’t accept your offer”?

      Yes, that is exactly it. They are taking individualism to the maximum and saying they can choose to be outside the law bc they have personal freedom.
