This looks great.
Lord knows I have to make enough mermaid renderings of these UML diagrams.
Will be giving it a try

Three R’s to deGoogling: Reduce, replace, remove.
I would say start by changing your browser and search engine (lots of options out there today), and then set up your own domain for email hosting so you can try different providers.
There isn’t another YouTube with all that content out there, so that one is tough, but you don’t have to 100% de google, 50% is still good. 15% is still good.
This guy looks like he’s about to play his best Yugioh card
I like moth
Reddit has had a “bug” for years where when you delete comments and posts it says they’re deleted but never actually verified they were.
When you delete quickly the API just says it’s deleted. You have to reload and purge multiple times to actually remove your content.
I wouldn’t put it past Reddit to undelete content, but at the time a lot of the complaints Reddit was restoring content were due to this bug.
It’s been a bug for at least 10 years.
Honestly for me it was when we moved in that things started getting more calm.
I did not like all the uncertainty of the transaction hanging above my head.
Now it’s been a few years and we’ve added gardens and done a few upgrades and we have our furniture and spaces, and it’s my happy place.
I love this feature
“Oh, you scraped the docs from the real host and added ads? Well, I’ll never see you again”
At least with C I have a bunch of hand tools, camping gear, rope, life straws, water filters, medical kits, and alcohol. So I could feasibly live life as a hermit in a self built cabin.
A & B I’m totally fucked. I’ve watched all of Alone, I think I starve to death in weeks.
In all those situations I don’t speak any of their languages to defend or explain myself, so I’m fairly sure the locals will murder me.
That Exxon sign is ridiculously tall.
But which pot?
Not my oatmeal pot, or the spaghetti pot
This is getting taped to my office door.
It’s a home office, but I’m trying to uphold math nerd tradition.
A recession is generally defined as two or more quarters with negative GDP growth.
Tariffs will absolutely cause that. They’re going to dampen US growth for years.
That’s only one simple definition though. Broadly I think the answer is still yes, this will cause US job losses, as you’re already seeing in the automotive industry. Job losses result in lower consumer spending, resulting in lower business revenue, and less business expansion and cost cutting, and it can become a reinforcing cycle.
Recessions can be mild or severe, so the jury is still out on whether the US will hold their tariffs, and how quickly the system adapts to the changes.
Those are rookie numbers
I have no fucking idea what to make of this
People need to stop pointing things like this out. Let them be confused as fuck about how and why people know everything they’re doing.
Like the kid who was using his public personal GitHub repo for official DOGE work.
TimyRSS looks interesting, noticed they have extension support (freshRSS seems to too) so marine that’s the best route to what I want
It looks like there are already some extensions that do a bit of what I’m looking for
https://github.com/FreshRSS/Extensions
I’ll have to look at the API to see if I can add tagging or something.
Yeah that’s what I’m thinking of.
What I’m envisioning is articles group by topic (international, tech, etc.) and something that groups articles on say Ukraine like Google News does.
A lot of RSS is like an email inbox and I want a news feed.
That looks great
The list of related software they use is also very handy
I use garage locally for low stakes stuff and so far it works as advertised.
I get ~300mb/s on large files from fast SSD, small files are quick too.
System seems very stable and running in docker only uses ~18mb idle.
