We have the equivalent luftslott in Norwegian as well. Often used about the things politicians are trying to sell us during their campaigns. I feel like we have a word similar to the second one as well, but I cannot remember what it would be.

We have a lot of the same words as you in general though.

We have that pricing as well but we also pay a dynamic cost to be connected to the grid. When the power is cheap the grid cost is the biggest part of the bill.

With regards to our Hydro power: since the europeans took over we tap all of our water reserves and sell it cheap to the continent ever since the large acer cables came. When the winter comes our reserves are low and we buy expensive power back. It’s been like that for a few years now. The government are looking into making a subsidy or tax break or something to compensate but EU is blocking it as market manipulation or something like that. It sucks ass.

I think it is based on some EU stuff? Lots of our power related issues is based on the new International power cables. Suddenly power got really expensive because some assholes in central EU took over our power pricing around the same time.

We are so afraid of violating the EEC that we implement everything they dream up that is market related even if the EU countries themselves might hold back. Our labor party has sadly turned more and more to the right these last 20 years. Our mainstream right is still more to the left than the US democrats on most things though.

Here in Norway they changed all of our meters to a live upload of consumption. This allowed them to make complicated systems with increasing tiers of “grid rental” prices based on your maximum full hour of kWh consumption per month. My wife is paranoid about washing clothes while I am cooking or running the dryer while the washing machine is running etc. We don’t even use that much power since we have external water based heating, so it really doesn’t matter much. Fucking shit.

Yeah, i get that there are four boxes, but I don’t feel the joke is funny without there being four actual possibilities and one is left out.

I think Flowers For Algernon by Daniel Keyes fits the bill. Not too long and has punched everybody I’ve recommended it to in the guts.

I don’t understand how that is possible. I switch which genres I am mostly into several times a year. I wish I could be one of those die hard fans that stick to the same stuff year in and year out. It seems so peaceful.

Radiohead is one of those bands that evolve their sound a lot, so it is not so weird that you mostly enjoy just a few of their albums.

That said ok computer and its spiritual successor in rainbows are those albums for me.

Also Thom Yorkes track suspirium from the suspiria soundtrack album is one of those songs I cannot stop listening to. That track is often played three times in a row for me.

Oh yeah, mokkabønner are awesome! And I don’t really enjoy dark chocolate that much in general. I get really sad every time I have gotten Kremtopper by accident. Why are those boxes so damn similar anyway? And often stocked in the same shelf as well…

I don’t agree. I’m Norwegian though, so there is a bit of a difference in how our chocolate is made with regards to additives. Our Milk chocolate is the shit! Additives to it is also great, but they come in the form of actual pieces of dried fruit or salted corn chips, tiny pieces of fudge, brownies etc, etc.

Its just heat basically.

I saw a post about that earlier. Wasn’t there a setting somewhere where you could define if it should delete unmonitored files or not?

I will be using sonarr and maybe others as well. I have set it up now. I liked prowlarr a lot. I have a language specific torrent site I have added to it and it seems like prowlarr is the only place I can select exactly which language to download.

Thanks! So prowlarr is the only place my indexers should be configured. And sonarr and radarr should only be configured with downloaders?

I haven’t set up jellyserr yet, so I haven’t seen it in action yet, but if it works the way I understand it should, it is that when media is downloaded it is automatically updated into your jellyfin server.

See the reply by @zewm@[email protected]. Jellyserr is the gui where you search for the media. It then sends radarr/sonarr/… the request which works along prowlarr to download the usenet or torrent file and makes your usenet/torrent client download it. When the download is complete it is moved to the correct place, renamed by your rules etc and inserted into your media server.

Radarr is for movies, Sonarr is for shows, you have one for audiobooks, one for music, comics etc.
