Someone would have to bring a legal case to them first, right? And even if they did, a SC Judge can overturn that.

By this point I would have to have Luigi’d about three CEOs to be able to pay all the stuff via collecting the contracts.
Just disable automatic update (you can do that per-extension) and you’re golden.
How are you guys getting all the hits from MSN exclusively? I’ve tried insistently and I get an assortment of El Confidencial, CNN, Sky News and then maybe some MSN. Heck, I’m getting Yahoo before MSN.
Just wait until it crosses over to YT and download it from there.
If you are going to vote, remember that that is only half of the work. The other half is having a guillotine sharpened and ready, to incentivize those who say to be an alternative to actually follow up on their word.
I wonder, what happens if one places a server in international waters? What jurisdiction if any does apply?

My understanding at least is that the CC does not mandate distribution, merely allows it, so I don’t see how he could have violated his own license if a third party uploaded the video to youtube in violation of the license.
No need, the adequate law already exists: gravity. You can assist it with a guillotine for a more efficient execution, even.
