It could be cool to have a fediverse alternative for IMDb or Letterbox. I used to track/rate movies and episodes of a show I’d watched on IMDb (the episodes mostly so I knew where I left off) but no longer want to deal with websites stuffed with ads. Would love to see something like this for the fedi but haven’t come across anything.

I believe kbin is updating the API, working on bug fixes and improvements and such, so the site is spotty right now. It said this would be happening for a few days, but that was a few days ago…
Made some progress towards Spanish fluency. Still not fully fluent, but went up a CEFR level.
At first I thought this was good because this is actually what I want my tax dollars to go toward. But it seems like that is not what the writer of this article is saying…

But let’s be real, YouTube is not the source you wanna depend on given its owned by Google. The more you listen on there the more data you give them. It just has everything you need to rip from.

This is it, in my experience. They think all you need to read is the bible and no other books. But if you’re only reading the bible, you miss out on everything in all other books, which is a lot.
