  • I know it’s not baking baking, but that’s how I ended up with too many crepes recently. The recepie I was using gave me a consistency of pancake batter instead of much more fluid crepe batter, so I added more milk, oh haha a bit too much milk, bit more flour, mmm close, bit more milk, ah perfect. And then I had crepes for breakfast and lunch for 3 days in a row, squeezed in some blasphemy crepe burritors for dinner as well. Not that I’m complaining that much, but the plan was just lunch crepes and a bit left-over for breakfast the next day lol

  • yes but we need to ackowledge them as people. Because no matter how much their views disgust us they’re still built of the same flesh and blood as we are, they are a warning, to you and people around you, to not fall into the same ideological trap as they did. If you just consider them “not human” you put yourself at risk of following their steps.

All the cruel people in history we call monsters were humans. It’s an unnerving thought to share any likness with them, but it’s important we remember that nobody is born evil

  • honestly it’s magic even when you understand it. Computers are pieces of rocks drawn on with runes in rare mineral ink, infused with lighting, and then made to do maths by generations of magicians perfecting the translation from the primal language of what can be only described as a pulse of being only made apparent by the times when it’s not being, to words humans can comprehend, then with that maths they somehow they create illusions of entire new worlds, and did I mention they can telepathically communicate with other magical rocks? all through mystical waves all around us created by beacons big and small in key locations. Previously, to talk with a person on the other side of the planet, a single attempt to communicate would require months, if not years, now? seconds. if not less. Computers are magic.
