Not really. Unlimited means no data cap, not infinite bandwidth, and that’s perfectly reasonable to provide. Data isn’t a limited resource, the only thing that’s committed is the amount you can get right at that second.

Yankees who say the South is so nice or welcoming are gullible at best. some older folks will follow a sort of law of hospitality, but most everyone here is cruel and spiteful under whatever facade of niceness they may have. Being raised here really taught me how valueless ‘niceness’ is.

Cultivate your community or become the nazi bar. Removing people well known for being bad is a good thing. All those other reddit alternatives failed because the dregs decided to make those places their new home and no one kicked them out, so no one that could keep those sites healthy ever came into the communities. A consequence free environment (boatloads of money) simply let’s people be who they are. Unfortunately bad people come into money more often.

Most people are only opposed to eugenics (as you’re using the word) because of a very narrow application. A rare few get genetic engineering and capitalism mixed up, which at least makes sense, i wouldn’t want musk choosing who gets a generic upgrade or how an augmentation is implemented.

And i find it abhorrent that people are just fine with letting our entire species suffer the nightmare of random chance that is our bodies. Sure it’s surprisingly good for a system that only selects for whatever fucks the most, but we can and should eventually do better.

How is that unethical? If anything i say it’s unethical to let us languish in these horrible bodies when we can work towards something better.

I never accused them of being competent. They’re getting into a death spiral, but there still isn’t a very good and well known alternative to leech the disgruntled customer base.

I personally would read this as a sign that more people are turning to ad blocking or straight up leaving. Not enough money coming in so they have to jack prices up way faster than they’d likely do otherwise.

Try nepotism. I know a guy looking for a job the ‘normal’ way (job boards, ads) and it ain’t working. Didn’t work for me either over the course of a year. I got my current job though a friend of a family member, and at least two friends have offered to get me a job where they work (although I’d much prefer to starve than work where they do).

Oh and don’t quit before you’ve got something lined up. I made that mistake last time (see: no work for a year). It was pretty cool until my savings ran dry.
