While it is not perfect, a lot of criticism of the show is insane or plain dishonest. It became a playing ground for shit stirring and easy rage bait.

Death Stranding

The worst game I ever loved. Yes, the story and dialogue gets weird towards the end. Yes, Kojima keeps over explaining everything almost pathologically. Yes, I only played the Directors Cut, which I have been told reworked most of the game into a better state. And yes, I got PTSD from getting called after every single mission. But if you keep driving vehicles into terrain that obviously isn’t suited to be driven on, or otherwise try to bend the gameplay to your liking instead of accepting how it is supposed to be played, maybe you should play something else.

Sure. We went to a place called Everest Inn. The reviews were excellent (besides some cringeworthy stuff absolutely no one sane cares about) and it didn’t disappoint.

I go with the two big Is.

Italian - because you have never truly lived if you didn’t eat authentic Italian food. There is a reason Italians take their food serious and there is so much to explore beyond pizza and spaghetti.

Indian UK - because sometimes you just want to shove that Chicken Tikka Masala in your face. Fun fact: The best Chicken Tikka I ever had was in fucking Perth, Scotland. Make of that what you will.

Edit: Turns out what I call Indian food is British. So, at least one good thing came out of the Brits colonising half the world.

In a completely unrelated move, they banned NSFW content, fired the community moderators and local development teams and replaced them with AI and overseas workers, resulting in unequal rules enforcement and broken infrastructure. Videos wouldn’t upload, wouldn’t play, or freeze partway through. Uploads would disappear without notice. A barely-nsfw post would be deleted and the user warned, while other more NSFW posts made it to the front page. Etc, etc. In short, there’s been a lot of simmering discontent with the platform for a while now.

Something similar happened to me.

“Your post has been taken down because of racism. You receive a warning.”

“What about it was even racist?!”

“Thank you for contacting us. The post was racist because it had racism in it. We slurp balls and smell farts.”

Or something like that. Can’t remember the specifics. It was clear to me that it was either a bot or someone not properly speaking the language.

Does anyone know any alternatives? I don’t care about the memes (or pictures to be precise). They kinda suck anyway but the videos are sometimes kinda cool.

Ok, I’m gonna be real with you for a moment. You guys are some of the most wholesome, respectful and emotionally intelligent people I have ever seen online.

Yes, every now and then someone writes something edgy. I am not calling anyone in particular out. I am guilty of this too (as you are about to see in a moment).

But calling users here “12 yr old keyboard warriors” while being on Reddit is probably the dumbest take I have ever witnessed. Which says a lot if you consider we are talking about the website that came up with the CumBox.

In the 5-ish years I was on Reddit I got death threats on a regular basis. I got tagged for the suicide bot multiple times a year. I had some very normal Reddit user send me rape threats followed by animal porn.

And Reddit did nothing.

Meanwhile our admins actually do shit that makes this site better instead of just sucking each other off, crying it’s not the real greedy pig boy they’re orally pleasing.

What I am trying to say is: This is obviously rage bait and I fell for it. Which is soooooooo Reddit and it triggers me that it did so all across the internet.

“Brutal honesty” motherfuckers just want to be mean. Also they can’t handle honesty from others at all.

Had the problem last week. I searched for something super specific in Cookie Clicker and someone had the same question on Reddit. It went something like this:

Oh thank you very much!

I mean, yeah it sucks that I had to continue searching but I still had to smile that moment. Because this is what we wanted, making Reddit a useless Swiss cheese of a website. That’s why we deleted our contributions and it will only get worse with time.

It’s not our fault your state became so evil they are interchangeable with cartoon villains.

All this whining about that movie makes me want to see it more and more. If this is intentional, it will be remembered as the best marketing campaign in history.

I blocked any and all AI shit I came across. Then I read that they cried about getting downvoted. So I unblocked them, distributed downvotes on their crap like candy and blocked them again. Got a good chuckle out of that.

That was my last interaction with them. It might sound weird, but I actually have better things to do than continue downvoting stuff that literally isn’t art and their posters aren’t artists. That last part has been written solely to trigger these non-artists.

As a guy who needs his better half around him at all times so she stops him from doing stupid shit, I can see where the author is coming from.

I usually went with “You’re wrong.” and just left. Never answered or reacted in any way. It drives them furious which is very, very funny to me.

Absolutely no alcohol on the first date. To me it is a red flag and we probably won’t see each other again.

I am here to see if there is any spark or if I can even stand you in person and vice versa. Alcohol doesn’t help with that and it shows me you probably have a drinking problem.

These kind of things are those you should be picky about when dating. I had to learn this the hard way with two psycho exes in a row. Say no, take your time with the candidates and choose while sober.
