I don’t normally watch the same thing more than once, but I’ve seen this one three times (first time in college; then some years later I wasn’t sure I finished it, so I rewatched the whole thing again; then more years later I watched with friends from work on our weekly anime night)

For me it was an extremely lucky circumstance that my company’s stock hit an all time high at the same time that mortgages hit an all time low (well, not entirely luck, both events were due to covid). I would have never been able to buy a house in my area otherwise.
Serious question. What exactly does it do to save time? My wife treats making bread like boiling an egg. Something you can do quickly and easily whenever you need it. So I’m wondering which part of it can be simplified.

No it doesn’t. He could have his name show up 100 times in the documents, 30 of which are misspelled. The 30 misspelled occurrences would show 14 unique spelling variations.
Edit: I see what you mean now. He spelled his name in 15 different ways if he misspelled it in 14 ways (unless he never spelled it right)
Probably a mix of trolls and people too stupid to realize they’re being trolled. Like flat-earthers (although I think some flat-earthers are just people hoping for some rich dude to give them a free ride to space to “prove them wrong”)
Yeah, I’m in SF Bay Area. Not many other places in the US I’d move to and the other ones I checked have similar prices.
The market over here is ridiculous. For $1m I got a 3 bedroom townhome with not much of a backyard and $470/mo HOA. It’s about an hour to the city (not during rush hour). Anything cheaper than that is either in a bad school district or about to collapse. I used to live next to a mobile home park and I just checked now - those sell for over 330k.
Prices here have been going up since 2020. There was a dip at the end of 2022, but already almost back to highest 2022 prices.
In my area I saw a house that was selling as a fixer-upper, needed a lot of work, the bank wouldn’t even approve mortgage for it. It was listed for $800k and it eventually sold for an all-cash offer of $1.26m. They flipped it and sold for $1.87m in less than a year.
Out of curiosity, are those numbers real somewhere in the US, or just a random example? Because houses went for $1m+ in my area 2 years ago and the market has been constantly going up since then.
You can get fruit out of season, but they’re definitely not fresh.
Not just compared to the other surfaces in a restroom. I believe keyboards and phones both lost to toilet seats in that comparison too.
The 10 year old didn’t even start it. His big brother started it, then retreated safely home to watch the 10 year old get pummeled. When someone finally intervenes and stops the fighting, the big brother will come out and sucker punch the 20 year old again, leaving the 10 year old to deal with the consequences. Again.

There are definitely different prices when I’m logged in vs when I’m not. My wife sends me a links to products, and I usually open any link in incognito windows. Several times I was not seeing the same price as her. Opening the same link on my account would show the same price.
