I had not heard of that. Thanks for the tip. Does it make them quieter?

Do you have the Ultrastar models that were made by WD? Or the ones before they were acquired by WD?
I was considering the Ultrastar line too but read they also cna be loud since they’re meant for servers
Thanks for sharing your experience. And yeah, I forgot that reviews tend to be negative. I just figured since it’s WD’s own website they’d try to skew it to be more favorable.
Oh wow that sounds awful. I wasn’t expecting it to be that bad. Thanks for the tip! I hadn’t considered checking YouTube for sound tests.
One Liter of Tears fits the bill.
It portrays the life of a real girl named Aya Kitou who develops a neuromuscular disease as a teen. It’s an old film but great for making you think about the value and beauty of life.
There is a JDrama with the same name. The show takes some artistic liberties with the real story but since it has a longer run time it goes more in depth about the family dynamics and explores other plot lines.
Not exactly what you’re looking for but it’s also helpful to exclude results. You can do this by having a “-” with no space before a term you want to exclude.
For example, if I want to search for pictures of the dish “ratatouille” and not screenshots of the Disney movie, I would type “ratatouille - movie -Disney”
Edit: not sure why there’s a space after my hyphens in the post. They’re not there when writing.
Wasn’t planning on reading since I don’t care about Stellar Blade but thanks for the heads up. Article is hilarious.
Just a small note, you forgot to include quotes in your comment. Didn’t realize you were quoting the article until I read it.
Gonna cheat and say Alan Menken since he’s responsible for many of the animated songs I grew up with. Then I’d probably go with Ne-Yo, Odesza, and then Yiruma. All have different vibes so that should be enough for every occasion.
Everyone is saying home made and they’re right. But if you are too lazy, I’ve found that Mexican supermarkets will have fresh store made salsas that are good and decently spicy.
To be fair, these last 3 months have felt like 3 years so maybe they’re on to something.
Grave of the Fireflies is a good one and has been mentioned a few times already.
Fox and the Hound has several tear jerker moments, though most memorable for me is when Todd is returned to the forest.
Land Before Time was my first parent death in a film that I can remember. And unlike Bambi, this movie shows more of the consequences of losing a mother at that young of an age.
I didn’t want to go into all factors that lead to this observation because that would take too long and require more research on my part. Fear of retaliation (and desire for power) is more an explanation of at least why members of his own party won’t criticize him.
This doesn’t answer your question but is more of an interesting observation that fits your question. It seems bar for political leaders’ mistakes has gotten so low over the pass few decades.
In the early 90s then VP Dan Quayle misspelled potato (though apparently not 100% his fault) and he was labeled an idiot by the entire country. Bush had a lot of funny Bushisms but most are either weird, poorly worded, malapropisms, or a mix of all three.
Then you have Trump. And while there are definitely people who think he’s an idiot, it doesn’t seem as widespread of a belief as it was for Quayle or Bush. I think part of it is because Trump is far more sensitive to criticism than any president we’ve seen so he’ll go after people who say anything negative about him. But I’m sure there are other reasons as well (ex: politicized news channels, social media, technology etc)
Piggybacking on this to say that if you join groups based around your hobbies you can make good friends that way too. It’s really hard to make friends during class because you’re too focused on schoolwork to be social.
And don’t be discouraged if one group doesn’t work out. I had a tough time making friends my freshman year of college and tried joining an anime club but didn’t like the vibe of that club. My RA pushed me to volunteer for Resident Life and that’s where I made all my closest college friends. Joining clubs, volunteer organizations, or other social groups is a great way to meet similar minded people. People in these groups tend to be friendly so they can attract more people into the group.
Also depending on how heavy the leveler is, he can use painters tape. It’s meant to be placed in the wall temporarily and not damage the paint on the wall.
Edit: added a very important “not”
During its weekend convention, the Arizona GOP also passed a resolution to censure Pence and former Republican presidential candidate Nikki Haley for “their dereliction of duty of refusing to support President Donald J. Trump and by default supporting the democrats.”
An equally concerning, if not more concerning, move by the Arizona GOP was to punish Republicans who didn’t support Trump. Neither Pence nor Haley endorsed Trump for president and that is apparently a bigger crime than trying to overturn an election or being removed from office for ethics violations.
She said her homeowner’s insurance won’t cover anything pest-related because they deem it preventable.
So the real monster was the insurance company. What a twist!
Thanks for sharing! It looks like I’m going to need to avoid the Exos drives then
