Ha, yeah. Snap-On sells a 400$ tool that takes 30$ consumable rubber wheels. Or you could use a 99 cent pink pencil eraser.

Don’t forget Sanctuary!

A good rubber eraser also takes sticker adhesive right off of most surfaces, safely.

The stars aren’t even centered. They’re to the left. I call shenanigans

Have you tried using the steam mobile app? I think that has some advanced recovery options. Unsure if you can change the registered email that way, but might be worth a shot.
Edit: Specifically the Steam Guard feature.

I could swear he had super spider strength

HemiSync treats me very well.

Skinny jeans, ultra tiny phones, basically anything that was a PITA to use or traded comfort to look fashionable.
Two things I want to see come back is JNCO style jeans that are enormous, and zipoffs. Oversized jeans - that’s comfort right there. I lived through that. There’s nothing like being able to put your 2" thick 10 lb math textbook in your back pocket like a wallet, lol. Zipoff pants / convertable pants were the bomb. You could be warm on a cold morning and have shorts in the afternoon. I really miss those, and the lack of cargo pockets today. Where have all the cargos gone???

It even makes my regular glasses slip down all the time. Some frames/pairs are better than others, but it’s hard to escape.

We’ve seen too many body bags and ball sacks!

I’ve used jeweler’s eye loupes for extensive periods. They’re not terrible to hold in place unless you’re sweaty. If it’s too small it can become hard, but it generally rests in your eye well and is held in with friction rather than muscles. I do have a set that clip to my glasses now, which I need as I’ve gotten older. Those are easy.
People who only need correction in one eye get glasses with a prescription in one eye, and a plano lens in the other, which is just a clear lens with no correction or adjustments.

TrueNas is pretty top notch and offers a variety of storage and protocol options. If you’re at all familiar with Linux style OS, it should be pretty easy to work with. Setting up storage comes with a little bit of a learning curve, but it’s not too bad. This SAN/NAS OS is polished, performant, and extensible. If you’re not planning on using SMB or Samba, you can most certainly use NFS, or iSCSI if that’s your thing.

Housecat. Cats are always in charge.

Bocce
Billiards/Pool/Cue Sports (personal fav)
Darts
Curling
I’d hazard to suggest playing cards or board games, still has the element of challenge/sport, but doesn’t require too much exertion.
Possibly E-Sports if you’re into that sort of thing. Let the game console / computer do the running.

In the American version of Ghosts!, one ghost (Hettie) very much enjoys sitting on the washing machine for this reason.

Saw a kid do a rail of pixie on the bus one time. They said it burned. I’d believe it, with all that citric acid in there for tartness.

As kids we had a dos 286 pc with some basic vga games. Nearly all of them were educational so my parents let us play those whenever. We got a used SNES for xmas the year the n64 came out, and we played that as much as we could. My parents didn’t know then and still struggle now with computers, so they let me do as I pleased with the PC, within reason.
As a teen I bought my own computer and my own PC games. My parents probably would not have approved of me playing half life, doom, quake, UT, and other graphic games, but I played the hell out of those. I also had stuff like myst that were pretty low key but fun. My PC was my own personal machine, so I did with it what I wanted, when I wanted.
The usual concern with most older gen gamers was having parents telling us video games would rot our brains. As they stared at the TV for hours most nights… Video games sharpen your motor skills, reflex times, logic and reasoning skills, among other things. I find quite the opposite to be true and would advocate that video games are actually very, very good for you in many ways, unlike most television shows. I highly encourage gaming over watching. Our family game night is usually played on a console rather than a table.

Shit, are consumer appliances really getting that bad? ew!

My house has manual windows, manual locks, and a dumb garage door controller… because I work in IT.
I do have a few smart appliances (environment reporting) but they are only allowed on the banishment VLAN so they don’t get to interact with any single appliance inside my network. All they see is internet and nothing else.
As an extremely die-hard Futurama fan I’m starting to feel the same way, especially since disney owns it now. The only thing they’ll do with it going forward is see just how much they can wring from it, in the same fashion they’re killing star wars, marvel, and every other IP they bought to pump out never-ending crap. I’d be fine if this was the end, even with a tear in my eye.
