Thank you for this. It’s beautiful.
A soup.

Highly specialized people live in bubbles and assume that everyone else lives in their same bubble and so if someone else doesn’t understand, they aren’t worth communicating with.
In my experience, all the Linux documentation I have read has been written for peers of Linux developers, who are familiar with technical terminology and several concepts and steps are left out and implied rather than explained.
It’s a way for developers to ensure that Linux never receives adoption past other developers. Literary equivalent of pulling the ladder up.
Our old CRT tv would all of a sudden go full volume at random and the only way to fix it to go back to a normal volume level was to smack the side of the tv.
and neutron star.

Same could be said about Accenture too.
That’s good to hear. I’ve got an arr setup so this is promising whenever plex becomes unusable to me.
It syncs all movie covers and metadata automatically. When I used jellyfin last, this was a struggle.
Rooted stock Android. Just used Termux and then PiDeploy.
I ran Pihole on a Pixel 3a for a couple years
I had the exact same issue. My troubleshooting took me to my router. Nat Loopback and hair pinning.
Your router might have some options relating to NAT loopback or hairpinning. Apparently this can happen if your router recently had an update or if it was restarted abruptly and didn’t boot properly.
Try restarting your router. It didn’t work for me and my router is too basic for those options so in the end I took down my Nextcloud and remade another container and started from scratch. I had all sorts of things fucked with my instance so it just made sense to toss it out and fix it again.
Hope it works for you!
I misremembered; I run “Immich Distribution” which is a snap and I run it on a Debian server.
I’m running the Immich Flatpak Snap specifically for this reason. It’s always one version out of date but always self updates without issues :)
How would you propose someone online proves their lived experience to another random person online?
I’m all ears.
This sounds like where I live haha. Why I don’t really tell anyone anything anymore.
That’s a strange way of going about life in my opinion. Very authoritarian and hierarchical sounding to me. No one has all the information so no one can be the boss. If someone has new info that you don’t have, that doesn’t make them an authority over the other person.
It’s very one dimensional thinking. Can’t stand it.
I wish I met more people who were the first type. I’m so used to keeping info to myself around new people because I don’t wish to make enemies since most people I meet are the second type.
I’ve got mad forehead and cheek wrinkles and I’m 30 haha
