Not sure about the boy comment. Rowling is a TERF, but that also means that she’s a feminist. Also she didn’t put her first name to the series because she had previously struggled to get her writing taken seriously when the publishers knew she was a woman.
It’s easier explained that this is a book series aimed at preteens, not hard fantasy fans. They got insanely popular because they captured people’s imagination but she wasn’t trying to world build like Tolkien.

ChatGPT bots are in most popular threads. It’s really obvious once you’ve seen a couple of them. They usually leave some generic comment that essentially just repeats what’s in the title or describes the picture with a vague emotion attached.
For example on a photo of a cat wearing socks the ChatGPT comments will be something like “It’s so cute how the cat is wearing socks! Cats are not normally meant to wear socks!”
If you click on their username you will normally see that the account is less than a few weeks old and every single comment made is of the same strange tone, adding nothing to the conversation, just describing and responding to the original post.

I’ve only watched a few of them, but they seem to have a vague story-arc at least. To me they just came across as old-school absurd internet humour like what we used to have 20+ years ago.
I disagree with cordless Dysons. We have the V8 Animal and it’s pretty pathetic. It struggles to pick up anything denser than dust and the very smallest of crumbs, and the battery life isn’t enough to do a full clean of a house in one go. Most of the time we have to get out the old corded one to finish what the cordless couldn’t. I think brands like Shark and Vax are supposed to be better but I’ve not tried them.
Confused by the right wing angle. The community and website in general is still very left wing. /r/all is almost entirely anti Russia, anti-Trump/Musk and pro-Hamas terrorists.
The problem is that they’re censoring Luigi because they’ve sold out and are afraid of becoming a hub for riot planning.
