That’s generally the case with dictators. Only Taiwan grew from a dictatorship into a working democracy. Maduro is nothing but a dictator. Venezuela has insane amounts of oil, gas and gold, it should be an extremely rich oil state like Qatar or the UAE but Marudo prefers to fill his own pockets and starve his people while money is worth less then the paper it’s printed on.

I’m familiar with the language, I just don’t know it. But Finland is bilingual, as there is also a lot of Norwegian Swedish spoken and many signs are in Norwegian Swedish too. I have less issues understanding Norwegian Swedish. Myself I’m Dutch, I’ve been to Finland several times. I’m not even going to try to learn the language, it’s really hard. But in major cities they speak English.

It’s only 6 weeks. It’s hard to justify killing prisoners, returning them to the killing fields brings opportunities. Don’t talk about “fair”, it’s a 6 weeks break in the genocide so they can continue bombings later without a chance of hitting their own held hostage there. A “fair” deal would be a 6 months ceasefire which would include 6 months of further negotiations to completely end the violence. 6 weeks is just an opportunity to rearrange and repair their army and airforce for the second destructive wave. There is no “fair” when one side consists of terrorist fighters among millions of civilians and the other side consists of fascists wanting to wipe them out completely. There is no right, only wrong and mass amounts of innocent victims.

I’m from NL, we only have 24 F16’s and I doubt they all work lol. But we also have 34 F35’s, although I doubt they are all flight ready. But I completely agree, we should follow Belgium by sending our F16’s too, next to the anti air we are gathering to send. We should all send more to support Ukraine! Even troops imo. They are fighting a battle not for just them, but for all of us.

I think it’s all because he’s afraid of being called a narcissist, but then he came up with banning just “cis” to hide his true intentions. He probably thinks it’s incisive and executed with precision, but to me it’s bad decision making.

Look, the US is bad, no doubt about it, but Maduro is a dictator who keeps his country fucked up. Don’t blame it on the US, he is responsible for getting the sanctions and keeping the sanctions. Those sanctions aren’t just by the US, many countries adhere them because Maduro is a dangerous asshole.
