Traitor.
If I’m posting I’m probably high so don’t hate on me
Traitor.
I wish my mom actually followed though on sending my brussels sprouts to the starving kids via mail when I was a kid because it would have been hilarious.
You don’t have to vote in Australia. You just have to show up so it proves you were able to vote without impediment if you so choose to. You could draw a penis on it if you even could be bothered.
Voting typically takes place over a weekend in Australia and you have plenty of time to do it. You can also postal vote or absentee vote in advance fairly easily if you wish too. Polling places are literally like every school so there’s always one nearby too.
I watched a thing about copyright and trademark enforcement where the corporate organization was somehow able to gather a team of 50 police at tax payer expense and march them into a Sunday market in order to capture and shut down market stores selling fake knockoffs. You could see how wildly unpopular it was with the entire crowd around them where some shoppers even continued browsing and trying to purchase goods from the shut down stores even with cops standing right there trying to make the crowd move on.
Copyright and trademark infringement against multi-billionare companies with continuous record profits is seen as a victimless “crime” at best by the vast majority of people, even reasonably well off people too. The only repercussion if you’re “caught” should be just paying the actual construction/reproduction cost of the item which is pennies, they weren’t going to make this sale at their ridiculous retail price in the first place and their real losses are miniscule at best.
If the server allows wow tokens then no, the wow op knew doesn’t exist anymore. Wow tokens killed guilds and much of the end point of it.
I was playing Wrath Classic when it came but the wow token and GDKPs absolutely killed the experience. Wow itself has had some good changes and announcements lately, it might be worth revisiting that a little to see if you might be interested again.
Another option is Hardcore, which does somewhat feel interesting and old school again.
LOTRO would absolutely be my jam but the server performance is absolutely horrendous and the UI desperately needs at least an update for its fonts. It’s a real shame.
Wikipedia isn’t some magical concensus platform, it’s just a website with admins and power users like anything else. I wouldn’t take Lemmy or Reddit at face value and you shouldn’t take Wikipedia at face value either for the same reasons. It’s not neutral at all and feelings, biases and personal beliefs are all over the website.
Only seems fair if you don’t pay your bills.
