Wow. That looks like an awesome pallet to build a coffee table with
Here is the comment I thought of:
Ah yes, America killing literally tens of million: righteous! China killing literally no one, absolute scum of the earth!
Never takes much for the shoe to drop with you people.
He might have written something else around here or he has edited the comment and then you may be completely correct. In such case please excuse me for being a bit rude :)
He has never claimed that China hasn’t murdered anyone? Neither has he opposed your claim that China killed millions (which they sure did).
It’s really sad to see this type of reactions when people try to say anything against the US. Questioning the US is not the same thing as supporting china, whatever US politicians want you to believe.
I found this blog post were the author tries to use chat GPT to generate theatre manuscript/narrative. It’s based on the paper “Co-Writing Screenplays and Theatre Scripts with Language Models: An Evaluation by Industry Professionals”. In the blog post they outline their narrative generation procedure in this chart:
I also found this GitHub repo with links to more resources on this topic.
Wow, does it? I tried it a while back and it was amazing but i saw no mention of Lemmy? Can you boost the entirety of Lemmy the same way you can boost one website?
You could just go to lemmy.world. That’s your home instance, it works kinda like an email provider. And if you (for example) use gmail you can access your mail at the Gmail website and the same is true for Lemmy.
But just like you could download an email client you can get yourself an Lemy client and use that*. That client will make API requests to your home instance to get the posts it presents to you. Your home instance in turn will communicate with other instances in order to show their posts to you.**
Here is one list and here is another. Also note that some clients are actually webapps.
* you probably know this considering you use the Lemmy client sync
** Disclaimer: the last part about how Lemmy works is just how I think it works based on what I have read. I could be completely wrong.
Also if the code was run through an optimizer (which all modern games should be) the code is even harder to make sense of as it doesn’t necessarily have the same structure and the same variables as the original code
Truly nobody knows, it’s an open research question. And to complicate matters more we know (as others have mentioned here) that everyone doesn’t think in the same way.
Well then, take your beloved capitalism and get the hell out of here. There are lots of profit driven social media platforms that you could try out.
My point is just that I don’t want anyone spying on me and it doesn’t matter if the one spying is the US, china, french or russia. They have nothing to do with my personal data.
Thank you. This is an important correction but does hover not mean that the US government isn’t spying on you through your phone, just that they, if they do it, have other means to do so. 2017 wikileaks revealed that the CIA had an immense collection of tools to hack personal phones and computers. But this probably means that they don’t hack everyone just people of special interest, which is good news 😀
Here is the wikileaks article and here is an yahoo article.
EDIT: of course they can also buy the data from Google.
It doesn’t matter if it’s a Huawei or some American phone, China, USA and others will spy on you no matter what phone you choose only the means differ. If you buy a Huawei china will have backdoors in your phone and the USA will buy all your info and if you get an American phone the USA will have backdoors and china will buy the data.
Also I find the focus on china kinda weird. I ultimately don’t want anyone stealing my data, not even the USA. Just like china the USA has been involved in mass surveillance and a lot of war crimes. For example American soldiers have been found guilty of rapping and killing children. From Wikipedia (United States war crimes > war on terror > Iraq war):
On 12 March 2006, a 14-year-old Iraqi girl named Abeer Qassim Hamza al-Janabi was raped and subsequently murdered along with her 34-year-old mother Fakhriyah Taha Muhasen, 45-year-old father Qassim Hamza Raheem, and 6-year-old sister Hadeel Qassim Hamza al-Janabi.
After all of that I want to ask you one question, do you really want the USA sterling your data?
Also what you answer that question with doesn’t matter since both china and the USA will be stealing your data no matter if you want it or which phone you buy.
As a final note I should maybe mention that I’m not American if you haven’t figured that out yet. Also please don’t accuse me of spreading Chinese propaganda. I’m advocating against the USA and the CIA, not for china.
Also sorry for being so political in a kind of not that political thread.
Like talking to an AI or just more intelligent NPCs overall? I don’t really believe in the talking part as people will scream very weird things at those AIs while there trying to tell you something. I don’t really see how they should handle that. Maybe LLM could be used in roleplaying games where the players all know to behave and act like their characters would.
As long as you do not use multiple accounts to gain an advantage in an argument I think it’s fine
Also, check the number of contributors to a project. All of those people do (probably) trust the project and have also (probably) read at least parts of the source code for it
