Definitely explainable by mere coincidence, and only really a little strange but in the interest of contributing more content to Lemmy:

In 2015 I had a dream that I met with Markiplier in person. I don’t remember the details of anything, but I remember him extremely distraught, crying, like someone had died and me trying my hardest to console him. The very next day he posted the video talking about his friend Daniel Kyre’s passing. Im certain there was no post or anything that I saw regarding this before seeing that video.

I had very frequent nightmares and also watched a lot of Markiplier at the time, so it’s really just a timing coincidence.

Huh, I just considered I don’t have a typical pocket I put my phone in. I’m right handed and I think I tend to put my phone in my left pocket more? Maybe? But I just took it out of my right pocket so I’m not sure.

I don’t know what I’ve been doing wrong but revanced has already not been working for me. I’ve insled it correctly a couple of times and I’ve tried a few times since I couldn’t to uninstall and reinstall with whatever the latest instructions were to no avail :/

I wasn’t. I haven’t torrented in almost a decade and even back then was fairly naive.

Would you mind lending me a hand understanding how to do that and remain safe?

Like I clarified, extremism in the sense of being pushed more and more strongly to one side or another, not in the traditional sense of extremism. I don’t think it can be argued that there has been more of a shift towards needing to identify fully and totally with one ideology or another. While I do agree that “centrism” in the states is inherently right-leaning on the political scale, there seems to be a lot less people who fall in any kind of central view at all and it seems to be you follow the entire left or right ideology fully or you’re not truly accepted as one of them. Additionally there is a huge push towards loudly professing and identifying with your views as well as not being accepting or at least cordial of people with opposing views. I’m not casting positive or negative judgement on either side on purpose and trying to be objective about the situation in this case.

From my understanding seeing the ripple effect happen here in Canada, politics, religion, social issues, economic issues and the like. It seems there’s more of a shift to more extremist (as in, pushing further to one side or the other, not as in violently extreme) ideologies on all sides, and everyone is getting more and more fed up, angry, and loud.
